2015 US Open Golf: Australia TV Schedule

FoxSports have all the live coverage of the 2015 US Open from Chambers Bay.

We can’t wait for this week’s US Open. Seriously, we’re more excited about this US Open than any other in recent memory. Why? Because of the golf course.

Chambers Bay in Washington State plays host to the 2015 US Open and it’s a quirky, undulating links course that seems more likely to host a British Open than a US Open.

Eight Australians will be in the field hoping to become the first Australian to win the US Open since Geoff Ogilvy in 2006: Adam Scott, Jason Day, Geoff Ogilvy, John Senden, Marcus Fraser, Marc Leishman, Kurt Barnes and Cameron Smith.

Live on FoxSports 3 All times Australian EST.
Round 1, Friday June 19: 2:00am – 1:00pm
Round 2, Saturday June 20: 3:00am – 1:00pm
Round 3, Sunday June 21: 5:00am – 12:00pm
Round 4, Monday June 22: 5:00am – 12:30pm

  • God damn criminal that all 4 majors are not on free to air TV. Hard to create interest in the game of golf when you need to pay to watch it!

    • Totally agree 110%. Surely out of all the channels now available on free to air, one or two could be a dedicated sports channels.

      • 100% that is the maximum.

    • Blame the people who went for Murdoch’s FOX. If we had all stood on our digs then FOX would not have got hold of the broadcast rights in the frst place.

Me? Well I simply refuse to pay to watch FOX advertisements.

    • To all the foxtell supporters, you goons will be paying taxes on the oxygen you breath in the near future. Enjoy your coverage, its crap.

      • There is a lot of crap on foxtel, I’ll give you that but I love my sports so if it means paying for it. So be it. I’d rather be able to watch it than not

  • Agreed. Who is responsible for giving it to Foxtel?

    Reply
  • Our politicians are to blame for giving Foxtel the rights.
Free to air should have access to the last round.

  • Ok maybe not live coverage but can we at least get a highlights package? Or better yet not get gouged for foxtel

  • Are you serious? $15 a week and you can watch all the sport you want. Stop whining about free to air – pay up or shut up

    • What a joke. Foxtel is a ripoff. The golf open should be on free TV. Major sporting events should be free. Lets work on our Polies.

      • ‘Work on our polies” hahaha lmao – good luck with that #nochance

    • What? $15 a week. Point me in the direction – though I will still not buy – on principle.

    • Try being a pensioner with an interest in golf and try and find $15 a week!

  • You miss the point “Cry Me a Dribble”. It just should be free to air for the Good of Golf.

    • Point not missed at all. What about all the other sports that aren’t shown on free to air? For the ‘good of golf’ – give me a break. You’ll be asking for an increase in benefits from centre link as well you bellend

        • Dumb enough to afford Foxtel Hahaha

          • Dumb enough to pay for it and probably rotund enough to prove how much time you spend in front of the idiot box.

          • Nice try. Just heading out to play 18 – walking. Recording the golf and will watch it later

  • Sport is business. TV is the same and commercial TV in oz takes the cheapest option and we have ‘master chef renovation marry a farmer’ reality shows. Golf on TV is a luxury not a right. Pollies run the nation. Getting golf on free to air is not a priority and should not be either.

  • What the hell?!? Why is the golf not being broadcast in HD on fox sport3 HD ??? I pay top dollar for HD and I expect to get it. Disgraceful foxtel. You still have the gaul to display the HD in the channel logo though…

    • Any response to the previous Cry Me A River, you dickhead? It completely flaws me how we’ve come to the point where flogs like you feel justified by chiming in to these arguments because you’re paying $720 a year for advertisements with a bit of something you want to watch. Agree with Dan Nichelle, even a highlights package would be good. Seems to me there is a massive game of Monopoly going on.

      • Haha, what else in life do you feel is your right to have free? You’ll be the kind of twat who thinks that you were born with a given right to receive things for free…Age of entitlement eh…. “Even a highlights package would be good” “massive game of monopoly” – what are you on about? Not massive at all. Foxtel are prepared to pay, free to air would rather fill your head with reality property reno shows. Now who’s the dickhead?

    • You need to pay extra to have the sports channels in HD. I have that so not a problem.

      Reply
      • Hilarious- you could get a gig on free to air

      • He asked for your handicap, not your IQ.
