Ivan Lendl isn’t just an eight-time grand slam winner who was the world’s number one ranked tennis player for 270 weeks. He is also a very, very keen golfer who currently plays off a handicap of +1.

As coach of the most recent grand slam winner Andy Murray, Lendl is currently in Melbourne for the Australian Open and is fitting in as much golf around Melbourne’s famous sandbelt region as possible.
Good friend and supporter of Aussie Golfer, Greg Gering managed to play a round with Lendl at Kingston Heath last week and found the tennis legend great fun to play with who “sledged (friendly) mercilessly”.
